Understanding the differences in each market combined with cultural differences and customer behavior, is the start point before developing the plan.

I have seen companies mostly investing in getting new customers. Although I understand that sometimes the marketing budget is limited, there are creative ways to save a small amount of the budget to build a strong relationship with current customers.
